There were 862 short-selling stocks. TRACKER FUND (02800) and XL2CSOPHYNIX (07709) saw higher value of short sales, accounting for HK$11.71 billion and HK$1.73 billion, or 24.62% and 3.64% of the total short sales value respectively. The transactions represented 59.67% and 33.46% of respective stock's turnover.
BABA-W (09988) and XIAOMI-W (01810) registered HK$1.45 billion and HK$1.35 billion of short sales, accounting for 3.04% and 2.84% of the total short sales values respectively. The transactions represented 14.98% and 33.34% of respective stock's turnover.
