There were 830 short-selling stocks. TRACKER FUND (02800) and HSCEI ETF (02828) saw higher value of short sales, accounting for HK$5.31 billion and HK$2.5 billion, or 19.86% and 9.37% of the total short sales value respectively. The transactions represented 49.97% and 46.7% of respective stock's turnover.
CSOP HS TECH (03033) and BABA-W (09988) registered HK$2.45 billion and HK$2.06 billion of short sales, accounting for 9.16% and 7.72% of the total short sales values respectively. The transactions represented 50.03% and 32.45% of respective stock's turnover.
