There were 802 short-selling stocks. BABA-W (09988) and CSOP HS TECH (03033) saw higher value of short sales, accounting for HK$2.66 billion and HK$2.23 billion, or 9.56% and 8.02% of the total short sales value respectively. The transactions represented 24.92% and 31.53% of respective stock's turnover.
TENCENT (00700) and TRACKER FUND (02800) registered HK$1.7 billion and HK$1.61 billion of short sales, accounting for 6.1% and 5.8% of the total short sales values respectively. The transactions represented 13.12% and 15.53% of respective stock's turnover.
