There were 876 short-selling stocks. TRACKER FUND (02800) and XL2CSOPHYNIX (07709) saw higher value of short sales, accounting for HK$10.72 billion and HK$8.51 billion, or 16.27% and 12.91% of the total short sales value respectively. The transactions represented 57.87% and 32.56% of respective stock's turnover.
HSCEI ETF (02828) and XL2CSOPSMSN (07747) registered HK$5.99 billion and HK$2.18 billion of short sales, accounting for 9.1% and 3.31% of the total short sales values respectively. The transactions represented 49.42% and 35.23% of respective stock's turnover.
