There were 822 short-selling stocks. TRACKER FUND (02800) and XL2CSOPHYNIX (07709) saw higher value of short sales, accounting for HK$4 billion and HK$2.87 billion, or 8.76% and 6.29% of the total short sales value respectively. The transactions represented 16.79% and 42.72% of respective stock's turnover.
CSOP HS TECH (03033) and TENCENT (00700) registered HK$2.41 billion and HK$1.66 billion of short sales, accounting for 5.29% and 3.63% of the total short sales values respectively. The transactions represented 45.21% and 10.66% of respective stock's turnover.
