There were 789 short-selling stocks. TRACKER FUND (02800) and XL2CSOPHYNIX (07709) saw higher value of short sales, accounting for HK$1.88 billion and HK$1.51 billion, or 8.43% and 6.74% of the total short sales value respectively. The transactions represented 15.45% and 37.31% of respective stock's turnover.
TENCENT (00700) and HSCEI ETF (02828) registered HK$1.09 billion and HK$943.81 million of short sales, accounting for 4.89% and 4.22% of the total short sales values respectively. The transactions represented 11.42% and 22.11% of respective stock's turnover.
