＊應答小技巧＊
回答這個問題時，可以根據自己對該公司或工作做的詳細調查所發現的事項進行說明。若已經擁有這方面的經驗，只需要坦白述説。畢竟，如果錄取後才發現跟當初説的不同，對雙方而言都不是件好事。可以回答的內容多到不勝枚舉，比方說能夠認識很多人、能夠貼近人群、喜歡碰機器、喜歡電腦、能用上英語等。

There are so many things that I like about this job that I cannot limit myself to one thing. I am very excited about the opportunity of working abroad[在國外工作]. I would be very happy to have an interesting job with responsibility where I am not trapped behind a desk. And of course, I love the opportunity for growth[有成長機會] that this job provides. ＊應答小技巧＊
建議針對這類問題事先查好工作內容等事項。如果與前一份工作相同則先從經驗談起，説話的方式不能讓對方留下自私自利、我行我素的印象。這並不容易做到，但是讓對方接受你的想法很重要，例如，談到你正在一個極度沒有效率或會帶給顧客困擾的組織中工作，則應該加上目前正爲此執行、或是即將實行某種改善方案。

I would say the inefficiency[效率不彰] in processing customer inquiries and orders. I would like to work on a new network system, which would be able to effectively connect all the relevant divisions.
顧客詢價或訂單處理上的效率不彰或許是個問題，為了能有效連接所有相關部門 ，我願意為全新網路系統的架設盡一份力量。

I know that this may sound surprising, but there is not anything that I dislike about this job. I am sure that I will find things that I dislike as time goes on, but that is human nature. To be frank[坦白說], every job has its unpleasant aspects[令人不太滿意的方面]. However, I am confident that I would be able to overcome anything that I found I dislike.
